COVER REVEAL—-A BEAUTIFUL COVER! Mountains, forests, wildflowers and glowing love…Perfect!

I am delighted to share this beautiful cover with you–Love’s Miracles by Sandra Leesmith. Sandra is one of the authors at www.seekerville.net. Seekerville was recently named as one of the 101 best websites for writers by Writer’s Digest. I “met” Sandra and her editor, Amber Stokes, in Seekerville.

Love's Miracles by Sandra Leesmith

About the Book

Dr. Margo Devaull came to Dominic Zanelli’s mountain retreat confident that she could help this Vietnam veteran overcome the torment that kept him apart from the world. But her training as a psychologist had not prepared her for the tragic, explosive contradictions brewing inside him. For here was a sensitive artist who could be gentle – and a man whose eyes flashed with violence and pain when he told her to leave and never come back. Yet Margo did come back, slowly gain his trust, and awaken the sleeping needs of his heart. Only by reliving her own wounded past and helping Zane confront a terrible memory from the war could she set them both free – and save their last chance for love.

FYI

The blog tour for Love’s Miracles is scheduled for May 20th – 31st. Be watching the Seasons of Humility blog (www.seasonsofhumility.blogspot.com) for more information in the coming weeks! The book will be released in Kindle format in late May.

About the author

Sandra loves to hike, read, bicycle, and write. She lives in Arizona with her husband and Labrador retriever. During the hot summer, she and her husband travel throughout the United States in their motorhome, where she enjoys the outdoors and finds wonderful ideas for her next writing project. You can learn more about Sandra and her books at www.sandraleesmith.com.

About the Cover Designer

Lena lives in a scenic small town in Massachusetts with her husband, two kids, and a very spoiled Black Lab. She writes fiction for young adults, mostly light fantasy with a healthy dose of “sigh-worthy” romance. You can visit her online at www.lenagoldfinch.blogspot.com.

Thank you, Sandra Leesmith, for sharing this beautiful cover! I want to hike the trail to that mountain and read about Margo and Zane!

I will admit, I have picked up a book because of its cover. Have you ever chosen a book based on the appearance of the cover? If so, what elements of the cover attracted you to that book? (I love mountain scenes!)

  1. Great post, Sherida! Love the personal touches. 🙂 So glad we “met” at Seekerville!

And YES, a cover can definitely make me pick up a book – or (if it’s not so great) make me hesitant to pick it up. I love pretty dresses and pretty landscapes…but those aren’t the only things that attract me to a cover. 🙂 So hard to narrow it down! Couple covers (like this one) are always neat!

  2. Hi, Amber! Good to “see” you here!

And this is a perfect “couple cover.” You can feel the tenderness and hope in their expressions….eyes closed and heads touching.

    Beautiful!

And did I mention I love the mountains? 😉

  5. Lovely! I think a good cover can make or break a book. It’s the most important marketing piece in an author’s arsenal. I pick up so many books based on the cover, and no matter the cliched “can’t judge a book by its cover,” I DO ALL THE TIME. This one works well because it has clear, big title and clear, big author name and a couple in a romantic pose. It will work well as a thumbnail, which is mostly what readers see when they are browsing online. Good luck with your release!

    1. Kira, you are so right about the importance of the thumbnail with browsing online. I hadn’t thought about how crucial that little picture can be. I do quickly scan those thumbnail bits when looking for a new book.

I’m looking forward to the release of your Hearts of Shadow. You definitely have an eye-catching thumbnail. Love the color! 🙂

Thanks for your thoughts! I appreciate your visit!
